Palestinian Resistance Factions Organize Stand in Gaza in Support of Libyan People

The Palestinian resistance factions organized on Thursday, August 31, a stand in support and thanks to the Libyan people who refused normalization with the Israeli occupation and supported the Palestinian people.

Representatives of the factions and legal and national personalities participated in the stan in Gaza City and chanted slogans condemning the meeting of the sacked Libyan Foreign Minister Najlaa Al-Manqoush with her Israeli counterpart Eli Cohen in Italy a week ago.

The head of the Hamas political movement Bassem Naim said, “We are shocked by the leaked news that continues about some of our Arab compatriots secretly communicating with Israeli occupation leaders.”

Naeem wondered, “How did some dare to meet with whose hands are full of blood for the crimes they committed against our people?”

He indicated that 108 Libyans were killed by the Israeli occupation forces in 1973, asking, “Is it reasonable for the sacked Libyan Foreign Minister, who represents a people’s revolution for freedom and dignity, to meet with gangs of murderers, fascists, and racists?”

Naim pointed out that the the current Israeli government is the most extremist and racial one in history, which requires all to not support this criminal occupation which is internally divided.

He stressed that any normalization with the Israeli occupation is unjustified under any pretext, which is an extreme danger against the Palestinian issue and all the Arab and Islamic regions.

Last week, the sacked Libyan Foreign Minister Najlaa Al-Manqoush met the Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen for the first time in Rome, Italy.
