Thousands of Palestinians bid farewell on Thursday, 17 August 2023 to Palestinian youth killed by Israeli fire during a military operation in the West Bank city of Jenin.

Earlier today, large Israeli forces invaded occupied Jenin after infiltrating the city amid violent confrontations, killed one Palestinian youth, injured another woman, and kidnapped two young men identified as Hani Al-Kastouni and Hassan Al-Hasis.
Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) killed the 32-year-old Palestinian youth Mustafa Al-Kastouni and injured a Palestinian woman during its aggression on the occupied city of Jenin, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
The Ministry added that a 34-year-old female employee of the Ministry of Health, who works in allied medical professions, was hit with two Israeli live bullets in the abdomen and chest.
For several months, the Israeli occupation forces have been carrying out military raids in the occupied West Bank, concentrated in Nablus and Jenin.
According to Palestinian figures, Israeli forces killed more Palestinians in the occupied West Bank in 2023 than in any single calendar year since the Second Intifada.
