Israeli Forces Bar Palestinian Farmers from Accessing, Harvesting Their Lands
Israeli occupation forces prevented on Thursday, August 17, 2023, Palestinian farmers from entering their lands and harvesting their crops located behind the apartheid wall near the city of Qalqilya.
Local sources reported that the occupation authorities issued a decision against the Palestinian citizen Ali Mohammad Nawfal preventing him from entering, working, and utilizing his 51-dunum land, which is cultivated with guava, mango, and squash.
Similarly, another local farmer, Abdullah Ismail Zaid, has encountered a similar situation as he received an Israeli decision preventing him from entering or working on his land.
The city of Qalqilya and its surrounding areas have experienced the impact of this apartheid wall and the associated restrictions on movement, with farmers finding their access to their lands severely hindered.
